Returns


Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products unless the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.


To be eligible for a return:


* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

* The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

* Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the product must be provided.


Damaged or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


* Order Number

* Photos of the product

* Photos of the packaging

* Unboxing video (if available)


After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds


Once your claim is reviewed and approved:


* Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

* The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

* Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


* Opened or used perfumes

* Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

* Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

* Fragrance dissatisfaction after use (as fragrance preference is subjective)


Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.


Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Replacement Policy


If a product is found to be damaged or incorrect, Ojasvi Perfume may offer:


* A replacement product, or

* A refund, depending on product availability and case review.
